As resident video-jammers at LUX-Frágil club in Lisbon, DUB VIDEO CONNECTION performed more than 100 live-acts, providing visual support for DJs, musicians and bands such as: Rui Vargas, DJ Vibe, Norman Jay, Kid Loco, Cut La Roc, Mark Aim, Rockers Hi-Fi, Fauna Flash, Claas Brieler (Jazzanova), Amalgamation of Sound, Rainer Truby, Alex Barck (Jazzanova), Grooverider, Cinematic Orchestra, Groove Armada, Peter Kruder, Richard Dorfmeister...
Took part in the ‘houseware experience team’ (João Paulo Feliciano, Helder Luis, Rui Valério e Rui Toscano) that, in a collaboration with the São Paulo dance company Nova Dança 4, presented IN REAL TIME, a dance, video and multimedia show, in the context of Acarte Encounters Brazil 2000 at Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation in Lisbon. The same show was presented in the Brazil Dance 2001 Festival at Banco do Brasil Cultural Center in Rio de Janeiro.
Took part of HOUSELAB (João Paulo Feliciano, Rafael Toral, Rui Gato, Helder Luis and Rui Toscano), a project focused on the exploration of criative possibilities of technology applied to live events, performing spaces, mixed-media installations, audio-visual experiences, electronic music, interactivity and others. Stopmotion, their first work was shown at Media Lounge, Images Odissey Festival, Porto 2001, European Capital of Culture.
